We believe in a holistic approach to training. One that touches on all aspects of what it takes to achieve your true potential. The six pillars of One Endurance make up the whole. And each pillar is carefully woven into the fabric of each session, week, cycle and season.

Many athletes become very good at executing the final 4 pillars. But they, and other coaches, neglect the foundational training of the mind. Without the mind the body can only go so far, so fast and for so long.

There is an old maxim that training makes you slower and resting makes you faster. But in a time-starved life many athletes donโ€™t have the time to reap the rewards from the training they put in. They get stale and they stagnate. At One Endurance, we incorporate mindfulness and meditation into many harder sessions, to quick-start the parasympathetic nervous system, making recovery a better fit in any time-starved life.

We also put a strong emphasis on education, both nutritional and physiological. When the athlete better understands their body and the why and how of the session, they can execute with a clear purpose and get the most out of their training.

Finally, we donโ€™t believe in templated plans and tiered price points. Which is why there is only one payment option. We donโ€™t believe we can give you the most of what we have to offer without a specific, adaptable, educational and progressive plan.

Reaching your full potential in any endurance sport is only possible through a careful balance of all these factors. Which of course, is the inspiration behind One Endurance. Because itโ€™s only when all aspect of your preparation come together in one plan, that you can be the best you can be.
